Withdrawal Troubleshooting: Check Your Balance, Amount and Payment Destination

Before contacting support, use this checklist to distinguish held earnings, review-stage requests, payment details and completed withdrawals.

If you are waiting for a withdrawal, begin by identifying the stage that is actually waiting. A held earning, an available balance and a Pending request each need a different check.

Is the money still held?

New reported earnings follow the configured hold, currently 4 days. They become approved according to the reporting-date release rule. Seeing money in Pending earnings does not mean a withdrawal request has already been created.

Does your saved amount match your balance?

Automatic withdrawal readiness uses the saved automatic withdrawal amount, not only the platform minimum. If your approved balance is below your saved amount, simply crossing the general minimum does not make that saved request eligible. Check the current method's displayed limits and the amount you have actually saved.

Is the destination correct for the selected method?

A Binance Pay ID and a USDT (TRC20) address are different destinations. Verify the selected method, the saved destination and the network your receiving wallet supports. Do not substitute an address from another method or assume a copied identifier is correct without checking it.

Why is there no visible request yet?

Automatic requests follow configured payment days and eligibility checks. A newly prepared request enters an admin-only Processing stage. Publishers do not see Processing. Only after admin acceptance does the request appear as Pending. Do not treat the absence of a visible request as proof that payment has been sent or refused.

What do Pending and Approved mean?

Pending means the request has been accepted into the visible withdrawal workflow. Approved means the admin has marked the withdrawal as paid. If rejected, read the accompanying note and resolve the described issue before trying again. Do not submit repeated requests to accelerate a review.

Prepare a useful support message

Include your username, request date, selected method, amount and the status you see. Explain whether you recently changed your destination or saved amount. Screenshots should hide unrelated personal details. Never send passwords, wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

Verify a payment receipt

The site's receipt verification page can match a genuine receipt with its payment record. Use it as a record check; it does not replace checking the actual receiving payment account.

Request creation, admin acceptance and payment completion are separate events. Following the status history is more reliable than assuming every scheduled request is paid immediately.
