Ad Spark TMA Payments: From Reported Earnings to Approved Withdrawals
Understand the earnings hold, saved payment settings, admin review and the difference between an approved balance and a paid withdrawal.
Payments are easier to follow when you separate earnings, available balance, withdrawal requests and completed payments. These are different stages, not interchangeable labels.
1. Earnings start with reporting
Ad Spark TMA calculates publisher earnings using Monetag reports for the relevant date, hour and country. Local impressions alone do not establish an amount payable. A report may arrive after the traffic was recorded, so an impression appearing before its earnings is not automatically a fault.
2. The earnings hold
The currently configured hold is 4 days. Release is based on the earning's reporting date, with held earnings becoming approved at 11:01 Bangladesh time after the configured hold. The approved balance is money available for withdrawal eligibility; it is not a confirmation that money has reached your wallet.
3. Save payment settings carefully
Open Payment settings, choose an enabled payment method, enter its matching UID or wallet address, enter the automatic withdrawal amount and save. Binance Pay uses a Pay ID; USDT (TRC20) uses a compatible wallet address. Each method stores its own destination: do not assume one address works for both.
- Verify every character of your destination before saving.
- Check the amount and the limits shown for your selected method.
- Keep your saved withdrawal amount within your eligible approved balance.
- Review your settings again after changing wallets or payment accounts.
4. Requests and admin review
The platform uses a configured payment schedule. Eligible automatic requests first enter an internal review stage. Publishers do not see this Processing stage. After an admin accepts the request, it appears as Pending. After payment is confirmed by the admin, the request is marked Approved. A rejected request should be reviewed together with its note.
A payment-day request is not a promise of immediate delivery. Follow the request's actual status rather than treating the schedule as a payment receipt.
5. Your final checklist
Check your approved balance, saved amount, payment method and destination. Then follow the withdrawal history. If you need help, include the request date, amount and method, but never send your password, private wallet keys or recovery phrase.
