Publisher Account Safety: Genuine Traffic, Honest Placements and Ban Prevention

Practical ways to reduce account risk without fake clicks, automated traffic or misleading reward flows—and what to do if access is restricted.

Ad Spark Team

A sustainable publisher account begins with genuine users and a useful Mini App. No guide can guarantee that an account will never be banned. The goal is to reduce avoidable risk, keep your activity explainable and follow the platform's actual terms.

Understand the stated traffic rule

The signup terms identify bot, incentivised or self-generated ad activity as invalid traffic that can lead to account suspension. A rewarded ad format does not mean you should pay people to click ads or organise repeated clicks on your own app.

  • Do not use bots, auto-clickers or scripts to manufacture ad activity.
  • Do not ask users to repeatedly click an advertiser's page to increase your earnings.
  • Do not generate revenue by opening and clicking your own ads.
  • Do not present an ad as a required system update, login verification or payment approval.

Keep rewards separate from advertiser clicks

Use an explicit ad action with a clear description of the in-app reward. Grant that reward only after the SDK's successful completion result. Do not make a reward depend on a user clicking the advertiser or spending money on its site. Voluntary ad viewing and manufactured click activity are not the same thing.

Build useful natural breaks

Offer a rewarded placement after a completed task or between rounds. Allow the app to remain usable when no ad is available. Avoid trapping users in a loop of ads or placing an ad trigger where they expected an ordinary navigation control.

Investigate unusual traffic early

Review impressions, clicks and earnings together. A sudden rise is a reason to inspect the source, not automatically a ban verdict. If you buy promotional traffic, ask how real users are acquired and stop sources you cannot explain. Keep your own campaign dates and placement changes so you can describe what happened.

Protect account access

Use a strong unique password and keep your SDK integration under your control. Never give a support contact your password or wallet recovery phrase. Check Mini App status in the dashboard rather than assuming that a previously approved app remains approved forever.

If an account or app is restricted

An account ban stops ad delivery across that publisher's Mini Apps. An individual app restriction affects its own ad eligibility. Read any reason shown in your account notification and contact support with your username, app details and a concise traffic explanation. Do not try to bypass a restriction by disguising the same traffic.

Prevention is responsible operation, not a guarantee. Only an actual review can determine whether a particular account or traffic source complies.
